This past week, Steve and I received a very exciting surprise. Our friend, photographer Lisa Romerein sent an email to me saying that I needed to check out my Instagram feed. Lisa explained that Veranda Magazine's editor-in-chief, Clinton Smith, just posted the January/February 2015 cover. She said that I was probably sitting in the cover...
With hands trembling, I quickly looked on my phone... there in Clinton's image was my office... on the cover!!!
It still seems like a dream... the words on the cover "Homes with Heart" are so meaningful to us. Steve and I really did put our heart and soul into the building of Patina Farm. We spent months dreaming and designing every detail of our house and the gardens that surround it.
Steve and I can't wait for you to see the Patina Farm feature in the next issue of Veranda... it will hit newstands December 30th.
