Hello!
I know that most of you are starting to get ready for Thanksgiving. I thought I'd share some images of the shop to give you a little break from pie baking or something to distract you while you are on hold with the turkey hotline!
We just received some beautiful pieces from England...
I love this little leather "gout" footstool.... a perfect place to put your feet after a few days of cooking!
The shipment included quite a few small, unique items, like these vintage lawn boules...
this antique burlap ottoman...
and a set of 12 antique skittles.
A monogrammed linen sachet would make a lovely hostess gift.
Looking for something unique to give a home decor lover on your holiday list? What about a vintage bread board?
Any gardener would love these green metal planters.
Need a little extra table? I have always adored English bamboo...
Need a few extra accessories on your shelves? What about a pair of brass fittings or these gorgeous opera glasses.
This pair of wood candle sticks would warm up your holiday table.
I'm always looking for places to store my magazines... This wood canterbury would do the trick!
Do you have an empty space on one of your walls? Stop by and see our pretty art pieces from England.
Do you want to warm up your house? What about a little antique leather... we have some gorgeous trunks...
A fantastic leather book lamp...
some perfectly aged leather chairs...
Or perhaps you just need a little extra seating for your guests? This little French chair with antique linen seat could fit anywhere...
Of course, our Clive chair would be happy in your library :)
If you need more texture... we have some fantastic vintage pillows and baskets of all sizes.
Ok, I know you have to go back into the kitchen to check on those pies, so I'll stop now. If you happen to be in Los Angeles, please stop by to see the rest of our shipment.
Of course, if you live far away, Kelly at the shop is always happy to send more photos or answer any of your questions. You can send her an email: [email protected] or give her a call 310.826.2407
Our family will be spending Thanksgiving on Patina Farm, enjoying our newest family member, Sophie!
We will also be finishing up a few projects on the farm... Follow me on Instagram (velvetandlinen) to see what we are up to :)
We wish you a very Happy Thanksgiving. May it be filled with the people and pets that bring you joy.
