I am so proud of the home that Steve just completed. It has been staged by Meridith Baer for sale and is just gorgeous.
This 12,000 square foot home was a true collaboration between Steve and the amazing builder Paul Morrow.Their client Jack Shanfeld couldn't have been more supportive.
Although the home looks like it was built many years ago, it is actually completely new.
Many people who have toured through the home have commented that it looks like a home built in the 1920's. This is exactly what Steve was trying to accomplish.
Steve's detailing is true to the period of this traditional home.
He loves simple, clean lines. This doorway into the living room is one of my favorite details.
What home would be complete without a wine celler?
This is my favorite room the house, a two story family room looking out onto the gorgeous backyard.
Here's a picture of the room from the second level.
If I had this kitchen I just might have to learn how to cook! Love the industrial lights over the island.
The rest of the counters are grey granite. It looks great with the white cabinets.
How could you not wake up happy in this Master Bedroom?
The Woman's Master Bath would be a wonderful place to start your day.
Oh what I could do with this closet!
His bath is fantastic too. I love the dark wood paneling with the marble counter.
The shower with the cream Waterworks tile is gorgeous.
Does a man really need this much closet room? I say more room for me!
As a mother of three, I covet this backyard. I can just imagine barbeques and pool parties all summer long.
My son, Nick and his buddies would love to play football on this lawn.
I would love to hear what you think of Steve's latest project.
