One of Steve's beautiful homes is featured in the fantastic new book Roots of Home by Russell Versace.
Steve was honored to be the Architect on this project to remodel an authentic Wallace Neff home.
The guest house below was built four years ago and was designed to look like it was built during the 1920's when main house was built. Russell Versace's previous book Creating the New Old House was a discussion about how to make new homes have the warmth and sole of old houses like those designed by Neff.
The guest house stairway and iron railing are beautifully detailed.
The kitchen is one of my favorite rooms. It was completely remodeled but looks like it would have been the original design. The ceiling tiles are fantastic!
This is the gorgeous stair case in the entry.
The back sun room was also completely re-done. I love the arched windows.
